For when we are able to meet again…
We hope to resume meetings in September 2020.
We love our monthly meetings. Though we may read a lot, study Youtube or other internet resources, none of that can replace being in a room with like-minded enthusiasts and experts. Here, there is a chance to get real, practical advice and instruction from experienced rosarians. Every possible topic of interest relating to rose husbandry and appreciation, is covered.
All that with plenty of laughter and fun and a delish supper.
The programmed part of a meeting is usually finished by 9.30pm, after which it’s conversation and comestibles.
At most meetings a mini rose show competition is held where members may practice their show bench skills and new members may learn how to show roses and get on-the-spot advice from the experts.
Bring your roses and share their loveliness with all.
Although this is a members only event, visitors are very welcome to come along and dip a toe in the rosy water. Why not bring a friend?
Meetings usually take place on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, BUT MEETINGS ARE NOT TAKING PLACE AT ALL FOR NOW, AS OF 18th MARCH 2020.
