36th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Tuesday 10th November 2020
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be finalised after the closing date for registration, which is 6th November. Until then, registrants may submit new items for the agenda.
Members intending to participate in the Annual General Meeting via Zoom, must pre-register with Wendy Roper via email email@example.com.
Registration shall be open between Wednesday 14th October and 5:00 pm Friday 6th November 2020 ONLY.
Copies of the documents for the meeting and the Zoom invitation will be forwarded prior to the meeting.
Members unable to participate via the Zoom meeting, should contact Sandra Turner (firstname.lastname@example.org (preferred) or 03 9749 2172) between Monday 5th October and Friday 23rd October 2020 to obtain copies of the documents being presented to the meeting and a proxy voting form.
Proxy voting will close 5:00 pm Friday 6th November 2020.
