Until then, registrants may submit new items for the agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members intending to participate in the Annual General Meeting via Zoom, must pre-register with Wendy Roper via email <a href=\"mailto:roperws@optusnet.com.au\">roperws@optusnet.com.au<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration shall be open between Wednesday 14<sup>th<\/sup> October and 5:00 pm Friday 6<sup>th<\/sup> November 2020 ONLY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Copies of the documents for the meeting and the Zoom invitation will be forwarded prior to the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members unable to participate via the Zoom meeting, should contact Sandra Turner (<a href=\"mailto:s.turner2@optusnet.com.au\">s.turner2@westnet.com.au<\/a> (preferred) or 03 9749 2172) between Monday 5<sup>th<\/sup> October and Friday 23<sup>rd<\/sup> October 2020 to obtain copies of the documents being presented to the meeting and a proxy voting form.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proxy voting will close 5:00 pm Friday 6<sup>th<\/sup> November 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>36th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Zoom 8:00 pm Tuesday 10th November 2020 The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be finalised after the closing date for registration, which is 6th November.
